Requirements

Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service
Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries
Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services
Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients

Requirements:

Native/Fluent French speaker
Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
1+ years of experience in a sales role
High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time)
Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
