About the role:

As part of a customer service team supporting well-known international brands, you will help Lithuanian speaking customers by providing technical support and account assistance. You will work remotely in Greece, using CRM tools to ensure efficient issue tracking and resolution. We encourage teamwork, innovation and a customer first approach.

  • Lithuanian and English: Fluent in Lithuanian and able to communicate in English (B2 level)

  • Communication skills: Good listening, problem solving and relationship-building abilities
  • Greece: You are willing to relocate to Greece (at the company's expense)
