Description

Supporting the sale of products to business establishments or individuals over the telephone, website, and email. Includes Order Entry, managing customer orders, assisting sales reps, investigation and resolution of customer issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from 4-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Customer Service Manager
  • Knowledge of database software, internet software, order processing systems, spreadsheet software and word processing software
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, product assembly instructions, Bills of Material and product drawings/renderings.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email and telephone with customers as well as inter-departmentally.
  • Current driver’s license preferred.
  • Travel to trade shows and customers may be necessary
  • Some other travel may also be necessary
  • Exceptionally Organized and Extremely Detail-Oriented
  • Adaptable, Accurate, Methodical
