What you will do:
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of localized marketing strategies within their designated region. This role ensures that all marketing campaigns are tailored to resonate with local audiences while aligning with global objectives. The Regional Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and serve as the key point of contact for all marketing activities within the region.
  • Develop and Implement Localized Marketing Strategies:
    • Work with the International Marketing Manager to tailor global marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of the region.
    • Conduct market research to understand local trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Create and execute region-specific campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
  • Campaign Management and Optimization:
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the International Marketing Manager to align regional efforts with global goals and KPIs.
  • External Marketing Coordination:
    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to coordinate press, events, video production, and other campaign needs.
    • Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration with third-party vendors to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with the International Marketing Manager to develop integrated marketing plans that support product launches, promotional events, and brand initiatives.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Coordination:
    • Coordinate the proposed regional marketing budget, working closely with the International Marketing Manager to obtain budgeting approvals.
    • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Provide regular budget reports and updates to the International Marketing Manager.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting:
    • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the region.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
    • Present findings and updates to the International Marketing Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
How you will grab our attention:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar position
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful localized marketing campaigns.
    • Experience managing teams and working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of regional markets, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
