About Our Client:

Our client is a German-based start-up developing a cutting-edge SAAS-ERP system for property management companies in German-speaking countries. 🏢

They set out to take on this challenge and reshape a stale industry by simplifying complex workflows and making the lives of property managers much easier. At the current state, they’ve already reached an important milestone in building an MVP and being live with pilot customers since the beginning of 2024, but the journey to delivering a truly unique and innovative operating platform for their clients has just begun. 🚀

About the Position:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who will have a main role in bringing our client's product's frontend to the next level.

• You will be designing (Pages/Components/Application-Architecture), planning, implementing, and delivering new features and workflows
• In addition, you will actively drive technical direction in theQuality aspects of the Frontend such as performance, standardization, design, and testability.
• Contributing to changes in the backend / APIs will be part of the job if the situation requires it.
• You will be taking a key role in collaborating with Developers and POs and Customer support to ensure continuous delivery of a high-quality product.

Besides this, activities will include:

⏩ R&D topics that require ingenious solutions: processing invoices/OCR; matching bank transactions to processes

⏩ Integrating new modules to speed up operations such as OAuth framework/Auditing/etc. 

You shall bring:

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proven Expertise and passion in building well-structured Enterprise React Frontends
• Experience leading frontend-technical direction by example
• Fullstack development experience - building the backend and delivering end-to-end business features to production
• Passion for creating performant and reusable software components
• Designing APIs (REST or GraphQL), writing structured documentation and deciding on component responsibilities shall not be a challenge
• You have coding best practices up your sleeve, can deliver on a personal level, and have a proven record that you can develop the efficiency of the whole team
• You have an eye for quality and efficiently use & promote a variety of testing practices that ensure successful deliveries
• Comfortable handling of CI/CD systems that you used to deliver past projects
• You are interested and passionate about making data-driven decisions and doing the necessary data analysis in this regard
• Good communication skills with both POs and Developers
• Proven impact on product with complex workflows and translating them into functioning software
• You speak English (C1) either on a native or bilingual speaker level or with full professional proficiency (cross-border team communication) and willing to work in an international team
  

Nice to have:

⏩ Previous experience working at a startup/scaleup is a big plus

⏩ Experience with Containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker swarm)

⏩ Experience with AWS / Terraform / ansible

⏩ German B2+

You will be joining a dynamic and crossborder project team in Cluj, working closely together with product owners, UX/UI, and a development team of 9 developers.
