We are looking for a talented leader for our Content & Product Marketing team!
Your mission: boost acquisition through content and make lemlist the go-to brand for sales teams—a brand they trust, learn from, and genuinely love engaging with.
In this role, you’ll combine strategic vision with creative execution to shape our product narrative, launch new features and deliver expert yet fun and engaging content.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: shape the strategy for our Content and Product Marketing roadmap while leading a team of 4. Foster a collaborative environment that empowers your team to innovate and execute effectively.
Develop Compelling Product Narratives: Craft clear, persuasive messaging and product positioning that resonates with our target audience and emphasizes our unique value propositions. Owner of key website pages (Homepage, solution pages…).
Orchestrate Product Launches: Lead and coordinate all aspects of product launches, from planning to execution, ensuring compelling messaging & creative distribution.
Drive Educational Content: Create and distribute educational content that empower our sales audience with high-value insights, especially on youtube
Organise must-attend sales events: Plan and execute engaging events that bring together sales professionals, creating valuable learning and networking opportunities.
Foster Customer Advocacy Initiatives: Engage customers as advocates, creating content that highlights real-world impact, from case studies and testimonials to user-generated content.
Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and nurture relationships with relevant influencers to amplify our reach and credibility.
Engage on Social Media: Produce relatable, humorous WOW content that drives engagement and brand loyalty on social platforms, ensuring our voice is fresh, approachable, and memorable.
Execute Co-Marketing Initiatives: Work with our tech partners to develop co-branded content and campaigns, amplifying shared value propositions to drive joint customer acquisition.
Requirements:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in content and/or product marketing within B2B SaaS, ideally in a scale-up environment.
Copywriting and Storytelling: You know how to craft compelling, relatable narratives that capture attention and resonate with our audience.
Product Launches: You excel at orchestrating impactful product launches from planning to execution, with creative ideas for distribution and format.
Creativity: You bring fresh, fun, and trend-savvy ideas that drive engagement and keep our brand voice lively and relevant.
Project Management Skills: You have strong organizational skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Data-Driven Mindset: You can analyze metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with Martech Tools: You’re proficient in key marketing tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content distribution tools (e.g., HubSpot,
Customer.io).
Agility and Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly to adapt to market shifts, demonstrating resilience and proactive problem-solving.
You’re fluent in English.
Knowledge of the sales industry is a big plus.
Experience with influencer and partnership marketing is a plus.
Within 3 months
Develop a strong knowledge of the industry, competitive landscape and master the product capabilities
Have successfully planned & executed a product Go To Market launch with product team and PMMs
Have built a roadmap / priorities for the PMM & Content department for our different core ICPs
Demonstrated ability to ship fast some initiatives, such as producing testimonials that are leveraged by Sales teams and impacting the buying process or organized events/webinars
Within 12 months
Became a recognized expert of the industry within the company (and outside is a even better)
Ran a highly efficient team of 2-3 people able to ship fast on projects and product content that is proven to impact the buying journey and helping users & prospects
Have a strong vision upon what type of Content is impactful to back our company-level strategy and supporting our growth targets
Have developed strong relationship with the Product team (leadership & PMs)
Given a unique touch to our content, with non-vanilla campaigns (different & bolder from classic BtoB content)
