Our agency thrives on creating high-performing long-form and performance marketing campaigns for healthcare clients. We're looking for a marketing Copywriter (content focused) to join our creative team and help us achieve exceptional results. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging copy across various digital channels designed to educate, engage, and convert patients for our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients, account managers, designers and content strategists to understand and implement content that ranks well with search engines and large-language models, meets client marketing goals, and resonates with a variety of audiences
- Research specific health conditions, treatments, and patient journeys to create accurate and informative copy
- Craft clear, concise, and empathetic copy that resonates with patients and drives desired actions (e.g., booking appointments, downloading resources)
- Ensure all copy adheres to brand voice and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Work collaboratively with designers to create conceptual ideas and execute high-quality content and visuals across diverse healthcare marketing channels and campaigns, including:
- Campaign concept development
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for patient acquisition and awareness
- Campaign conversion and awareness landing pages
- Email marketing campaigns for patient engagement and education
- Video content ideation, script development
- Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare guidelines and marketing trends and best practices
This position requires someone who has a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices with experience in A/B testing and data analysis (is a plus).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience writing copy for marketing or related field
- Proven ability to write clear, concise copy
- Excellent research and information synthesis skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Although, not required, if you have agency experience, knowledge of SEO best practices for healthcare websites, experience with or interest in learning AI tools and a passion for healthcare with a genuine desire to improve patient outcomes, is a plus!
