Job description

Job Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to assist in timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to the team.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer pre-sales inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Clarify potential customers' questions about products, services, and purchasing processes.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with relevant team members for escalations or to provide additional support as needed.
  • Continuously improve customer experience by understanding common concerns and recommending solutions.

Key Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing any degree. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
