BIM Coordinator

Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a BIM Coordinator who will play a key role in overseeing and managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects to ensure seamless collaboration, model accuracy, and efficient project delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to implementing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and best practices while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts, ensure consistency, and meet project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage BIM processes across projects to ensure efficient collaboration and model accuracy
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design models, resolving conflicts and ensuring consistency
• Support project teams by creating and managing BIM templates, libraries, and content
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables
• Maintain integrity of project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry and firm-specific protocols
• Conduct model audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with BIM execution plans.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly in ArchiCAD
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction documentation processes
• Experience in BIM execution planning and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of clash detection, resolution, and model optimization
• Familiarity with relevant BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650)
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in a BIM related role within the architecture industry
• Degree in Architecture or related field

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Lumion
• Understanding of sustainability practices and their integration within BIM workflows
• Experience working on large-scale or complex projects
• Knowledge of construction management software (Procore)
• Certification in BIM management or related fields

• Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 Php
• Work Schedule: 3pm to 11:30pm Mon-Thurs; 3pm to 8pm Friday
• Work Set up: Remote
