ContactUs is growing fast and has a new client need for Customer Support Representative. You will be provided with the training needed to give our customers the best experience possible. This will be a remote role with hours of operations of Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., and Monday - Thursday 3:00 p.m. – Midnight EST. Schedules will be based on business needs. 

 

About The Customer Support Representative:

The Customer Support Representative position provides exceptional service to existing customers through service-related transactions. Processes transactions and ensures customers' needs are met via written and verbal communication.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via written and verbal communication addressing general inquiries, resolving issues, providing requested information, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints/concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company services to effectively address customer questions and concerns
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the company's database
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have flexibility in schedule with evening and weekend availability
  • Must have excellent attendance history
  • Must be able to pass a background check and skills assessments
  • Ability to demonstrates strong negotiation and de-escalation skills 
  • Solid to advanced PC skills   
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs  
  • Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills  
  • Excellent listening skills  
  • Contact Center Experience considered a plus  
  • Customer Service Experience considered a plus
