  • Training Material Development: Collaborate with the Clinical Education Director to develop materials, and resources tailored to provider needs.
  • Hands-on Training: Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops covering system features, data entry, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements without focusing on clinical aspects.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and proficiency levels. Generate reports as needed to track training outcomes and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align technical training with operational workflows. Foster a collaborative environment to support efficient system usage across departments.
