We're seeking an Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the financial success of our international clients. Based in the Philippines, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and analysis for our Singapore-based subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting and Reporting:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and GL.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (BS, IS, CF) for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
Collaborate on global consolidation processes.

Financial Control and Compliance:

Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Adhere to strict compliance standards, including cross-border transactions and parent company requirements.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor budget performance and implement corrective actions.

Cash Flow Management:

Optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Forecast cash needs and implement effective cash management strategies.

Compliance and Governance:

Support tax, legal, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Assist with business registrations and other corporate filings.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the global finance team to leverage technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally in international companies.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in financial software, including cloud-based ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote and cross-cultural teams.
Strong ethical principles and commitment to confidentiality.
