This is a remote position.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Digital Ad Manager to deploy, analyze, and optimize digital ad campaigns using our custom ad platform. The ideal candidate will be well organized and adept at managing and analyzing large data sets to drive effective advertising strategies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Deployment: Set up and launch digital ad campaigns using our custom ad platform.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analysis to improve performance metrics.
  • Data Management: Organize and manage large data sets efficiently and accurately.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to implement strategies and meet project deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital ad management or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital ad platforms; strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup and data analysis.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Remote Work: Experience working remotely with teams across different time zones.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data Handling: Expertise in managing and analyzing large data sets effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Programmatic Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with programmatic ad buying processes and strategies.
