Responsibilities:
- We utilize and customize Web-to-Print software to manage all aspects of the order from quoting to
delivery to invoicing. There are many aspects of the ordering process that are managed in the system.

- Quoting
- Order Creation
- Tax Exemption Management
- PO Management
- File Submission
- Proofing
- Timeline Management
- Payments
- Shipping
- Invoicing
- A/R
- Given our expected sales growth in 2025, we need to expand our customer service team to manage
orders proactively and respond to inbound customer inquiries. Our goal is to provide timely, friendly
customer service while ensuring on-time delivery of their time-sensitive Student Planners. You will help
guide the customers through the order process, which can span many months by balancing urgency with
professionalism and flexibility.
- Continuous monitoring of customer orders to ensure handbooks and artwork are submitted in a
timely fashion.
- Finalize customer requirements and submit orders to Production Manager for processing
- Upload customer files into the system when sent by email
- End of season call, or email customers thanking them for their business that year and set up next
year contact.
- Assist with the collections of outstanding balances over 30 days
- Help process renewal orders for existing customers (Year 2)
- Participate in team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Customer Service Manager.
