We are looking for a passionate and caring professional to join SafeRide Health as a Prevention & Control Specalist. This role consists of taking a variety of inbound calls and outbound calls. The primary function is to take ownership and accountability for managing standing orders or routine treatment members. This is accomplished by gathering and entering detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports for urgent and non-urgent medical appointments, handling member inquiries, and complaint intake. To do well in this role you must have a calm, kind demeanor, enjoy working with a diverse population, and possess exceptional active listening and communication skills. This role relies upon self-autonomy for the completion of tasks, speed in work processes, attention to detail, and an inquisitive mind. There are no sales required for this role.
