Job Description

Sixt is looking for a Remarketing Support Associate is to support the Remarketing Team. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • Professional written and verbal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting field remarketing team with daily hold/sold notifications.
  • Update New OVE purchasing buyer names on shared spreadsheet.
  • Perform system movements.
  • Send gate passes for sold units to Sixt Reps.
  • Arrange transportation for dealer direct sold units being returned, following up to ensure completion.
  • Assist with holds and tag sold units for reps not in front of a computer. (on the road)
  • Communicate with Reps on Auction sales and update status in our system. (OVE sales, In lane)
  • Assist arbitration process and ensure vehicles are secured once sale is reversed and records are updated.
  • Request BOLs for units that are not at auction, but transport marked Delivery completed.
  • Follow up with auctions to ensure all units have Condition reports within 48 hours of arrival.                     
  • Perform daily inventory cross check and update units to Status 192.
  • Update and maintain multiple systems that store dealer info.
  • Process and maintain all emails into a central mailbox.
  • Ensure that all available units are active and not on Hold or inactive.
  • Check units into Copart that are physically there with damage amounts.
  • Arrange auction to auction transports.
  • Update daily sales report and disperse to Sales and Management teams.
  • Update and verify that all units have the same miles in multiple systems.
  • Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
  • Communicate with title department on units with title issues.

Qualifications

About You:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent work ethic; willing to take on multiple tasks.
  • Must have computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Highly efficient communication skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Energetic and success-oriented individuals.
  • Work experience in sales or customer service is required.
  • Professional written and verbal skills.
  • Good communication skills with managers and team.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
