RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promptly respond to lead inquiries through the website (chat and forms), email, and WhatsApp.
· Record all interactions and relevant information in the lead CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
· Analyze lead profiles and forward them to the most appropriate specialists, ensuring proper routing.
· Monitor the lead handling flow to ensure timely follow-up within defined deadlines.
· Maintain the quality of the customer experience from the first contact to internal handoff.
· Communicate clearly and professionally in both Portuguese and English.
· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead management processes.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· Ongoing or completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, International Relations, or related fields.
· Advanced or fluent English (essential for communication with international leads).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Organization and attention to detail to ensure proper lead registration and routing.
· Empathy and the ability to interact with different client profiles.
NICE TO HAVE:
· Previous experience in customer service.
· Familiarity with lead handling workflows in companies managing global leads.
· Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
