Job description

Franchise Manager

GoOpti is expanding its innovative airport shuttle service across new markets and seeking a Franchise Manager to lead and optimize franchise operations. In this role, you’ll ensure franchisee success by overseeing onboarding, performance standards, and collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams. You’ll drive local sales, ensure brand consistency, and provide continuous support for franchisee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Sales: Guide franchisees in local market research, campaign design, and B2B sales.
  • Operations: Help franchisees with daily setup, efficiency monitoring, and compliance.
  • Performance & Quality: Set KPIs, conduct audits, and enforce SOP adherence.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead initial setup, provide ongoing support, and coordinate training.
  • Financial Planning & Pricing: Assist with financial modelling and pricing strategies.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations for integrated support.

Requirements

  • Experienced in franchise management, operations, marketing, B2B sales and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Fluency in English; Italian/Slovenian preferred.
  • Inspirational leader with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
