We are looking for an accomplished and driven HR leader with strong execution skills who is passionate about making an impact in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Experience in establishing a best-in-class HR Services function and managing a team to deliver quality service.

 Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the HR operations team to deliver comprehensive HR services in alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
  • Responsible for excellent operational delivery for a broad range of HR operations covering end to end employee cycle including onboarding, background verification, benefits, Insurance renewals, leave management, performance review cycles, final settlement etc.,
  • Ensure all HRSS activities adhere to SLAs and timelines outlined in SOPs.
  • Payroll & Compliance – Responsible for managing payroll and statutory, labour compliance for all Capco India offices. Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure company policies are legally compliant and effectively implemented.
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, TA and Business Leaders to align on service delivery expectations, critical standards, and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in core HR processes and work with key stakeholders to implement enhancements and/or to realize efficiencies
  • Proficiency with HRIS applications and data analytics/data management, with the ability to manage in-house automation
  • Responsible for internal and client audits, payroll & HR audits, labour notices etc.,
  • Build capabilities within the team for continued process re-engineering. Accountable for the development of a high-performance team.
  • Engage with Global HRSS & Technology Teams to enhance systems and tools, aiming for streamlined processes

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 10+ years progressive experience in leading and managing HR Operations function
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to drive change and influence key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to balance the need for efficiency and scale with excellent client/stakeholder satisfaction and a sense of high touch for all employees
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage a collaborative/analytical approach
  • Strong knowledge/experience in HR strategies, operations, policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously.
