Radiant Routes Retreats is seeking an Office/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in assisting with travel planning, itinerary coordination, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates.
  • Maintain organized records of travel bookings, schedules, and client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide support to clients and team members as needed to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
