We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our growing Capital team. Lightspeed is seeking an individual who is experienced at discovering, building, and launching product initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Capital Platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to own high-impact initiatives such as landing pages conversion, funnel optimization, and features to drive product retention.

You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Own and execute high-impact product growth initiatives focused on driving acquisition and engagement for our products
  • Collaborate with Design to craft and refine UX flows and funnels that drive conversion. Obsess about how users interact with the product. Seek ways to constantly remove friction and make the experience simpler and better
  • Analyze customer behavior trends through, cohort analysis and customer insights, sharing actionable recommendations cross-functionally
  • Design, run, measure experiments, and analyze results to glean insights that can inform future growth initiatives and/or product enhancements
  • Own product triggers and automated engagement campaigns that drive recurring product usage
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Product, Engineering and amplify the strengths of each member
  • Collaborate with the Data, Operations, and Engineering team to understand the implications of certain decisions and trade-offs in terms of complexity, depth, and timelines

What you need to bring:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or eCommerce product growth roles within the context of product-led growth companies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes.
  • Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
  • Experience with iterative hypothesis-driven development, defining, executing, and analyzing experiments
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, etc. measuring how user cohorts are converting and further optimizing for retention
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
  • Implemented growth loops and have driven growth in acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Demonstrated creativity and deep understanding of the customer problems and embraced resourcefulness in implementing ideas while driving business outcomes
