About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Business Management to drive the growth of our institutional business globally. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.
 
What You’ll Be Doing 
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate local crypto regulations
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while developing strategies to mitigate legal risks.
Major Account Development:
  • Identify and develop major accounts in key markets, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Drive account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client engagement.
TradFi Partnerships:
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities.
  • Leverage existing networks to build strong alliances and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.
Product Enhancement:
  • Collaborate with the product team to enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market demands.
  • Provide strategic input to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs.
