Who We Are Looking For: 


As a Presales Engineer, you will be a key player in delivering compelling technical solutions to prospective customers, working closely with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to demonstrate the value of Makersite’s software. This role is a bridge between the technical and commercial worlds, requiring exceptional communication, technical expertise, and an ability to engage with customers in complex sales processes. 



Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery


  • Conduct tailored product demos and create custom Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective clients. 
  • Lead data workshops to understand customer needs and co-develop Statements of Work (SOWs). 
  • Present technical solutions and capabilities in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, from engineers to executives. 
  • Engage with customers to identify and align their challenges with Makersite's solutions, ensuring problem-solution fit. 


Technical Expertise & Collaboration


  • Work with large and complex datasets, understanding success criteria and delivering actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and subject matter experts to bridge technical and business requirements. 
  • Leverage your understanding of enterprise data and software landscapes to explain technical solutions effectively. 


Sales Support


  • Support Account Executives in managing complex sales cycles, including responding to RFPs and creating detailed presentations. 
  • Provide technical insights during customer negotiations, ensuring the alignment of Makersite’s solutions with customer objectives.
