BrightCrew is looking for highly motivated employees. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development of scalable software solutions. As a key player, you will collaborate with other engineers and product managers to design and build solutions that meet user needs while optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Design and develop the front-end and back-end of web applications. Utilize JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, and Node.js for building both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions. Participate in architecture discussions, and ensure that all aspects of the software development life cycle are properly managed from ideation to deployment.
• API & Database Management: Write effective APIs and work with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or other relevant technologies. Ensure smooth data integration and management between different components of the system.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing application performance and resolving bugs.
• Security & Data Protection: Build security features, including authentication and data protection settings, to safeguard user information and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new technologies and trends in Full Stack JavaScript development, and integrate them to improve our software solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development, particularly with JavaScript and its frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Angular).
• Proven experience in back-end development using technologies like Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and API design (RESTful services).
• Familiarity with web servers like Apache and understanding of web security principles.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools.
