Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email, and SEO.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, A/B test creative assets, and improve conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop actionable insights and adjust strategies based on data to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the content team to align messaging and create compelling copy and visuals.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for specialized projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    Bonus Skills
    • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
    • Knowledge of emerging platforms like TikTok Ads and influencer marketing.
    • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
