Purpose: 

We are seeking a Product Owner – Web & Mobile to lead the end-to-end redesign, development, and launch of Edible’s new web & mobile app platform. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Marketing, Loyalty, and Technology, to drive the strategic vision for our mobile app and web applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the web & mobile app integrates seamlessly with our new technology stack, content management system, and in-house systems while supporting the development of a loyalty program that enhances the customer experience. 

 
Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Thursday, with work from home flexibility Fridays.    

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the Product Vision: Define and manage the web and mobile app's product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with eCommerce, Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, and IT teams to align initiatives with company objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop a Best-in-Class Web & Mobile App Experience: Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver features that enhance engagement, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
  • Loyalty Program Integration: Work closely with the Loyalty team to embed loyalty features into the web & mobile app platforms, driving engagement and retention through a seamless program experience.
  • Technology Migration: Lead the mobile app’s transition, along with web to a new technology stack and content management system, ensuring smooth integration with Edible’s in-house systems.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to prioritize features that optimize the user experience, including ordering and payment processes.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze sales, customer behavior, and web and mobile app performance data to inform product decisions, optimize conversion rates, average order values, and loyalty program metrics.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Lead A/B testing, personalization initiatives, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the app experience.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to enhance web & mobile app to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Define and track key performance metrics for the web & mobile app, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending improvements based on data insights.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner in mobile app & web development, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer industries.
  • Proven experience leading the redesign or launch of a mobile app & web platform, including familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app technologies, content management systems, and system integration.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and customer loyalty stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency to effectively communicate with development teams and understand app development processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to drive decisions
