Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 22hrs per week

Time zone: Vancouver, Canada (Pacific Time Zone)
Monday:  6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Tuesday and Wednesday: no work
Thursday and Friday: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

MNL Time
Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Wednesday and Thursday: no work
Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Sunday to Monday: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM

About the client: The client owns a cleaning services

Job Description:
  • The primary role is to take inbound calls to book in cleaning appointments
  • Respond to email inquiries and send quotations based on services to be availed
  • Provide pricing and explain the coverage of the services offered
  • Arrange bookings
  • Send invoices

Tools: Excel, Google Drive, Square, Jobber, and Justcall phone system.

Requirements:
  • Must have experience in rental properties or cleaning services customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in customer service
