This is a remote position.

Job highlights:

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s sales pipeline, connecting potential customers with cutting-edge solar solutions. You’ll use your persuasive communication skills to engage both businesses and homeowners, setting up crucial appointments that could lead to significant energy savings and environmental impact. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and renewable energy advocacy, providing an opportunity to make a real difference in the green energy sector.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, both B2B and B2C
  • Utilize provided scripts and GoHighLevel CRM to effectively manage leads and set appointments
  • Engage in problem-solving discussions, addressing customer concerns and objections
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting targets, contributing directly to company growth
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and solar industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a knack for building rapport quickly
  • Resilience and positivity when handling objections
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly GoHighLevel
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Eagerness to learn about solar technology and its benefits
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Comfortable with a performance-based environment, including potential commission structures
