Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms

  • Design and produce various types of content (quotes, carousels, reels, YouTube videos)

  • Edit and enhance content to maintain a professional brand image

  • Assist with video editing using tools like CapCut

  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns

  • Handle community engagement, including responding to comments and DMs

  • Collaborate with you to brainstorm content ideas and strategies

  • Track and report on social media performance metrics

  • Manage and potentially update the existing marketing funnel system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva

  • Experience with video editing software

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting

Scope:

  • Manage and create content for at least 5 social media platforms

  • Produce a minimum of two content pieces weekly for submission to your coaching group

  • Work flexibly, potentially including evening hours to align with your schedule

  • Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM (20 hours per week)

  • Collaborate directly with you to understand and execute your brand vision

  • Contribute to the growth of your coaching business through effective social media strategies
