Progyny is looking for a Manager of Channel Partnership Growth to join the Channel Partner team.  This role will focus on activating and enabling Progyny’s partner account teams.  This individual has a business development mind-set, is adept at quickly understanding different company dynamics in order to establish relationships, educate, and create pathways for Progyny sales reps and Partner account teams to be successful in bringing on new clients.  This individual is detail oriented and has experience in building processes to collect, track and analyze data in Salesforce. They easily develop rapport to build credibility with stakeholders and they excel at working cross functionally (both internally and externally).   

What you’ll do... 

Support development and execution of Account Executive engagement across Progyny Channel Partners: 

  • Develop relationships with Account teams of Progyny’s Channel Partners 

  • Assist in the development of channel partner pipeline strategy 

  • Work closely with partner Account Executives and Progyny sales team to understand opportunities for partners to position Progyny 

  • Create Account Executive engagement plans and assist in execution 

  • Devise partner specific calendars of key events (i.e. annual reviews, client meetings, trainings) and identify how Progyny can assist (through education, collateral creation, participation, etc) 

  • Define email and meeting cadence of personalized outreach to partner Account Executives  

  • Work with Progyny Marketing team on Account Executive outreach campaigns  

  • Provide critical feedback from Partner Account Executives to the Progyny channel partner team, sales and account management teams 

  • Serve as the sales team liaison by triaging Progyny sales team requests for support from the Channel Partner team & managing partner contact requests 

  • Develop and maintain Account Executive "engagement status" scoring process to track relationship development and sales support/activation 

About you... 

  • BA/BS degree required 

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (or any other CRM), Microsoft Office, and sales tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo  

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship building, organization, and time-management skills 

  • Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, resourceful, and highly productive while still seeing the big picture 

  • Proven ability to adjust quickly and flexibly in a dynamic environment  

  • Possess analytical problem-solving skills  

  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments  

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize accordingly  

  • Ability to travel  

  • Demonstrated high skill levels of written and verbal excellence in business writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a minimal amount of supervision 

  • Willing to be agile and wear many hats 

  • Friendly and honest with an unparalleled level of client commitment  

  • Experience in sales enablement a plus.  

  • Familiarity with health and wellbeing services a plus. Belief in Progyny’s mission, required.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $115,000 - $125,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
