We're looking for a Growth Marketing Project Manager (Permanent Work from Home) to lead key marketing initiatives focused on driving growth. If you’re an experienced project manager with a passion for data-driven marketing and collaborating across teams, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations to turn marketing briefs into actionable plans that align with our growth goals. In this role, you will lead projects focused on customer acquisition, activation, and retention, managing everything from concept through to post-launch analysis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage growth marketing initiatives across Lightspeed’s core product lines (retail, hospitality, golf) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams like product, sales, and analytics.
- Turn marketing briefs into structured project plans with clear requirements, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Prioritize initiatives, balancing resources and timelines with high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to align on messaging and creative assets.
- Track project progress using tools like JIRA and Monday.com to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Standardize processes to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within Growth Marketing or related digital marketing fields.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques.
- Prior experience leading teams and managing conversations with internal clients.
- Proven track record of using an integrated approach to project planning and management.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Monday.com.
