Your Responsibilities
As an Account Manager for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA, you will be the primary contact to Agribusiness strategic regional accounts focused on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor to the respective relationships. In addition, you will:
- Generate incremental finance volume from assigned accounts by managing program development, pricing negotiation, and program execution within the US.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional internal resources and John Deere enterprise teams to support the business objectives of strategic regional accounts.
- Manage ongoing sales support activities with key assigned accounts to ensure long term profitable customer relationships.

What Skills You Need
- 4 years of demonstrated Agricultural sales and marketing skills.
- 3 years of experience working with key Ag retailers and/or manufacturers.
- Proven relationship building capabilities with complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complicated sales situations, channel relationships and critical customer situations with the capability of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Insight driven with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
