About The Role

The Labor Specialist at Procare Labor Management is a dedicated coach for clients, focusing on optimizing labor practices and improving outcomes. This role involves analyzing labor data, developing targeted strategies, and working closely with client teams to implement best practices for maximizing labor resources and enhancing performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and client relationship skills, along with hands-on experience in scheduling or operational labor management.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a labor management coach and trusted advisor to clients, optimizing scheduling, labor practices, and overall outcomes.
  • Conduct regular consultations, training, and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through transparency, trust, and consistent communication.
  • Analyze labor data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement, then develop and implement strategies to address underperformance.
  • Provide clients with actionable insights to improve staffing efficiency, reduce labor costs, and enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ProCare’s labor management tools and assist clients with technical support, ensuring they fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling, labor management, workforce optimization, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess labor KPIs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on labor performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with electronic labor management tools and systems; technical proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles focused on labor practices.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.
