About the Host Capacity Team Lead position
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Host Capacity Team Lead (HCTL) to join our team and make a meaningful impact! Reporting to the National Host Capacity Lead, the HCTL will work closely with our Host Capacity Management team and Host Ambassadors (HAs) to ensure the success of our homestay programs across Canada. In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of HAs, fostering a network of outstanding host families and promoting organizational values through effective team accountability and support. Join us in a dynamic, learning-focused environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are celebrated and drive positive outcomes for our communities.
This is a permanent full-time (40hrs a week) position that can be based anywhere in Canada. It is a fully remote role with an hourly wage of $20.09-$23.09.

This role requires the successful candidate to have a full drivers license with a reliable vehicle that has at least 2 million auto insurance liability coverage, a mobile phone for emergency support, a digital camera, and access to high-speed internet. They will also need to be able to pass a Criminal Record Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check.
