Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with proficiency in either French or Italian to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will drive business growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities across the market. The successful candidate will contribute to developing tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, guiding sales-qualified and marketing-qualified leads through to closing, while utilizing appropriate resources at each stage.
  • Apply established processes and leverage data analysis to make informed decisions, crafting innovative solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Maintain effective time management to stay organized, meet deadlines, and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for products and services, generating interest in the client’s value proposition.
  • Effectively articulate both technical and business value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Cultivate strong and trustworthy relationships with prospects through proactive and relevant interactions.
  • Stay informed about competitors and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Take ownership of achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and clients to identify and refine strategies that drive revenue growth.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or developing business partnerships.
  • Native-level or C1 proficiency in French or Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in online brokerage, online marketplaces, IT services, or SaaS is advantageous.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in researching and identifying potential customers effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
