Your mission

Weâre looking for a proactive and passionate Markets Growth Intern to champion and grow Knowunityâs user base and help us become #1 in TÃ¼rkiye.Â

Your mission will be to...

Marketing & Growth: Lead growth campaigns, develop marketing materials, lead influencer partnerships, and create campaigns to drive Knowunity towards #1 in TÃ¼rkiye
App Improvement: Test app updates, suggest enhancements, and work with the product team to refine features to make our app even better
Copy & Community: Continuously refine in-app copy, connect with users for feedback, and implement ideas to improve the user experience
User Engagement: Lead creative initiatives, such as competitions, to keep users excited and engaged
Ambassador Program: Recruit and inspire ambassadors, and plan challenges to keep this passionate group actively involved

Your story

You have a university level degree from a top-ranked university
You are a great communicator, with excellent written and spoken proficiency in Turkish and English
You are an organised and analytical problem solver
You are social media savvy
You love to collaborate, share your ideas, and be creative in a team environment
You believe in the power of speed and execution and love to get your hands dirty
You are obsessed with serving the users and strive to provide over sticking to processes

Itâs a bonus if youâ¦

Have advanced German, French, Spanish, and/or Italian language skills
Already have your first experience working at a startup or another fast-paced environment
