Job Description
General Summary:
The Congress Operations Manager will support the Congress Leads and serve as the project manager for multiple congresses across disease areas, This role will also lead medical booth planning, design and build for multiple congresses across disease areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides project management support for multiple congresses across disease areas
Tracks congress timelines and ensure the working groups for each meeting delivers on the required elements on the planning process (booth design and build, congress overview decks, attendance lists, executive summaries)
Supports strategic alignment meetings including collecting the right agenda topics, ensuring the right discussions/decisions are made, and captures the minutes/action items post meeting
Implements congress toolkits/playbook for each congress and is responsible for the development of the congress overview deck and executive summary
Leads Medical booth planning, design and build
Provides on-site support for congresses
Coordinates the creation and distribution of daily summaries and congress summaries for internal audiences and uploads into INSIGHTs tool

Pay Range:
$118,960 - $178,440Disclosure Statement:
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
