OVERVIEW:
In the role of Technical Sales Support Professional, you will provide comprehensive technical assistance to our outside sales team and customers across Canada. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and offering expert technical solutions to meet their pump service related needs using KSB’s complete service portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
• Understand and analyze customer needs to provide accurate technical assistance.
• Offer detailed technical expertise to support the sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical requirements are met.
• Provide timely and effective support to resolve any technical issues or inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Engineering or related technical degree or certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Some knowledge of pumping systems are a plus.
