Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    - Plan and execute promotional campaigns for the client, including platform-specific sales events and seasonal promotions.
    - Collaborate with the internal teams to develop marketing / campaign assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
    - Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    - Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate insights from data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
    - Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and performance summaries / on a regular basis.
    - Help conduct post-mortem analysis for campaigns, identifying successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to refine future strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    - Work closely with internal team on these functions - merchandising, customer service, and product operations to ensure seamless operations and consistent messaging.
    - Coordinate with internal supply chain to forecast demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations. Help monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory availability across all platforms.
    - Liaise with platform account managers to explore partnership opportunities and secure additional exposure slots for the brand.
  • TikTok Platform Livestream / Affiliate Management:
    - Develop and manage TikTok affiliate programs to expand the brand’s reach
    - Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners. Provide adequate briefing updates and timely deliverables to the affiliate partners.
    - Manage both affiliate and internal livestream sessions.
    - Track livestream performance and share findings with stakeholders.
  • Platform Management:
    - Help manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
    - Help monitor platform-specific policies and updates to ensure compliance on behalf of the client.
  • Customer Engagement:
    - Help monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on behalf of the client to maintain high customer satisfaction.
    - Help implement initiatives to improve ratings and reduce return rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in managing Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with high proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a strong teamwork environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Played with Lego sets.
  • Experience in live-streaming or managing TikTok’s e-commerce features is preferred
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends is an advantage
