Job description

Paralucent is a boutique technology project delivery and staffing company that has had tremendous success over the past 21 years. We are a passionate group that has been focused on execution, delivery, and client satisfaction.

We are building a team to help our client, a tier 1 consulting firm, meet future needs of their ServiceNow platform.


DURATION: long term contract or permanent hire

LOCATION: Canada

This role will work within a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring the ServiceNow instance stays aligned to internal best practices. The main focus of delivery will center around evolving the ServiceNow platform to meet changing business requirements. In this interesting and diverse role, you will:

•Be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions internally.

•Manage the QAP release strategy.

•Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it.

•Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution.

•Understand system limitations and collaborate with the architects to produce alternate solutions.
