Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team to achieve performance targets.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and engagement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Preparing and delivering performance reports and market insights.
• Participating in industry events and conferences to promote Cellebrite’s offerings.
• Providing feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial role, preferably in a technology or software company.
• Strong understanding of team management and development techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including at senior management levels.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
