Sr. Business Analyst 
This is a contract opportunity location in Framingham, MA.

This Sr. Business Analyst role supports our Workforce Management (WFM) platform migration within the Back of Stores domain. We are transitioning from UKG’s WFC to the PRO platform. This multi-year program requires expertise in UKG systems, Agile methodologies, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the WFM platform migration from WFC to PRO, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to timelines.
• Analyze complex, cross-functional business processes and document integrated requirements.
• Facilitate the design and implementation of effective process solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to align expectations with project progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage process documentation, and support knowledge transfer post-implementation.

Skills/Requirements:

• Experience with UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) - Required
• Proficient in Agile methodology with hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence - Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Demonstrated experience in SOX compliance and risk management for WFM systems
• Project management experience with a focus on cross-functional collaboration

Pay Range: $50-$70/hour
