You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a crucial role in delivering world-class service from the outset! Each day will bring new challenges as you help resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers are always kept in the loop. You’ll be the expert, providing exceptional support, handling billing queries, performing tests, and directing calls to the right departments. This role offers the perfect opportunity to build strong relationships across the business while delivering outstanding service that truly makes a difference.

3. Team Player & Interpersonal Skills: Able to work collaboratively with a diverse team, demonstrating flexibility and building strong working relationships across different backgrounds and experiences. 

4. Organisational & Time Management Skills: Highly organised with excellent time management, the ability to prioritise tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

5. Proactive & Solution-Focused: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, a solution-focused mindset, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
