• Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their queries
• Provide advice on the flight's availability and packages
• Expanding our network of loyal customers
• Have great command of French and English language
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Having previous experience in travel agency, airline reservations or similar role will be considered as an advantage
Qualifications
• Shift Coverage: Current shifts cover from 07:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday. While weekend shifts are currently unlikely, flexibility to accommodate potential future weekend work is required.
