Client Success Associate

Our client is a prominent provider of promotional products and branding solutions, helping businesses create impactful brand identities through custom-designed promotional products and corporate gifts. They aim to enhance brand recognition and loyalty by offering tailored branding solutions that effectively communicate brand values.

Location:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management & Creative Scoping: Work with client accounts, scope their needs and requirements, and support in delivering creative and branding services to ensure alignment with their business objectives.

• Proposal, Quotes & Order Writing: Work alongside the internal team to put together pricing proposals/quotes for clients based on the service scope.

• Creative Problem Solving: Suggest creative ideas and solutions to address client business challenges and enhance brand positioning.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

• Client-Facing Role: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing all aspects of client services.

• Data Entry Skills: Demonstrate accurate and efficient data entry capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.

• Client Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and successful project delivery.

• Effective Proposal Writing: Collaborate with the internal team to translate needs into clear and effective pricing proposals.

• Creative Solutions: Successfully discuss creative ideas with clients that solve business challenges and enhance brand value.

• Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative, marketing-focused sales

• Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, with a keen eye for branding and visual aesthetics.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and build rapport with clients.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Self-Motivated and Independent: Creative and driven, with a passion for branding and innovation.

• Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills.
