Point of Care (PoC) Academic Manager, Ultrasound - Europe

Field based in any European Country with 80% travel across Europe / 20% international travel

Either, with a background as a cardiology sonographer, you have moved into industry and are keen to progress at a European level – we will support your training of hemodynamic technology in Mindray, OR, you will have worked in a business focusing on hemodynamic technology, in a clinical academic role, and we will support you by training you in Ultrasound technology.

Your responsibilities:

• Presentation of advanced clinical values and clinical demonstration for Mindray POC unique features and functions
• Responsible for clinical evaluations with VIP KOL’s of advanced features and functions for PoC Health studies
• Development of clinical values presentation to be used by the sales teams
• Keep updated on technology movement and competitor research based on the clinical value direction

European POC clinical research projects management

• Working with international VIP KOL’s and references customers on scientific studies and research to support the feedback on Mindray advances.
• Research with KOL’s, the new features to launch into the market and where the clinical benefits are supported most.
• Act as the link between R&D internationally and our customers to ensure we have the right products to support our customers at a global level.
• Extend the current skill of our applications in Point of Care through working with VIP KOL’s on an international level on scientific research, using KOL’s reference and research to support the further growth of our innovations.

Internal training to EU team

• Internal POC training plan online and offline
• Evaluation of each EU POC TTT members on their clinical knowledge level and create an individual plan to bring them up to the required standard.
• Develop the clinical training documentations

What are we looking for in you?

• Demonstrate established relationships with VIP KOL’s (Point of Care) in hospitals
• Have comprehensive experience of Point of Care (PoC), especially in the hemodynamic and fluid management field.
• Preferably familiar with Ultrasound trends in new technology and application in the PoC sector
• You will either have a background as a cardiology sonographer and have moved into industry in the Ultrasound clinical world, OR
• You will work in a clinical academic role focusing on hemodynamic technology, and we will train you in Ultrasound technology
• Experience in delivering strong training
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Proven ability to manage and develop business with key clinical contacts and hospitals
• Ability to find and develop opportunities with potential customers
• Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within an international team
• Expected to travel across EU to drive success in line with our growth trajectory – around 70% time
• Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship
