We carefully and thoroughly study your vision, business model and processes, then provide you the right people aligned to your business objectives, requirements and budget.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand and communication campaigns across multiple platforms. You may work on client projects independently, creating all required assets across all platforms (print, digital, motion) or as part of a remote team providing specific components to meet the overall brief to a high standard and on time.
Key Accountabilities:
Visual Storytelling
- Create and design various materials for print and digital
- Develop concepts with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images Coordinate with others, in the design concept phase through to completion of a project.
- Prepare and exporting correct print-ready artwork to required specs.
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management systemEnsure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Prioritize and manage multiple projects

- Maintain client brand identity / design standards on all work.
Personal Development
- Actively undertake self-directed activities to improve graphic design capabilities.

Requirements and Skills:
Degree in graphic design
Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
3+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud - especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Animate.
3+ years experience creating Microsoft Word and Powerpoint Templates
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Strong layout skills.
Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
Experience creating google ad ready HTML banners, preferably in adobe animate.
Capable of creating the branding (logos and associated graphic elements) for events, through to the rolling out all required assets required for said events – including newspaper print ads, web banners in GIF and HTML5 formats, social media assets, pullup banners, event stage graphics, presentation templates PPTX, misc. printed and digital assets as required.
Excellent English communication (including Australian spelling and grammar)
