JOB SUMMARY

This position is accountable for supporting the Brand Manager with the development and execution of national, regional & local marketing campaigns along with commercial strategies and tactics designed to grow brand health and awareness, market share, volume, and profitability across markets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management of all brand related projects from conception through execution, including public relations, social media, retail programming, and consumer experiential. The ABM will work to ensure all activities align with key brand objectives, brand standards and legal guidelines.
  • Lead the development of communication materials for marketing plans, communication plans and all other activities to the sales organization. This includes leading the development of Brand Key Message decks for new products, programs, and activations. 
  • Liaison and brief Trade Marketing, PR, Social Media and Innovation teams regarding relevant brand projects
  • Utilize internal and external data to develop compelling fact-based selling stories for use on sell sheets and key message decks         
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, PR, Social Media and Innovation teams on the development, implementation, and evaluation of activation plans
  • Develop activation, creative and media briefs for external agencies
  • Support execution of multi-media strategies and programs, while managing external agencies
  • Support new product development and commercialization of those products 
  • Support the development and execution of fresh and exciting promotional campaigns across on- and off-premise channels, such as tactical and thematic programs, promotional packages and POS support materials
  • Assist in annual brand planning process including analyzing current data trends, concept and creative ideation, budget building, and presenting to internal employees and external stakeholders        
  • Contribute to the development of the annual brand plans and lead relevant parts of it. 
  • Participate in the development of brand positioning, creative and media activities for the assigned brands
  • Provide support in delivering cost effective and creative solutions (traditional and non-traditional) to communicate brand positioning to consumers                                 
  • Provide support in managing regional and/or local media buys and ensure communication to internal organization
  • Provide support in managing and activating brand sponsorships or partnerships and provide guidance to sales and field marketing managers on local volume driving activation
  • Assist in the development of new products and packages to achieve set brand objectives
  • Manage day-to-day workflow & discussion with support teams (agencies, sales, brewery, procurement, etc.) regarding project milestones/updates to ensure efficient execution
  • Lead planning and execution of experiential brand events                          
  • Accountability for managing annual brand budget and specific budgets relating to assigned projects
  • Tracking and analysis of brand performance and trends in terms of key measures (profit, volume, distribution, sales velocity, etc.)                                                                            

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Brand/Trade Marketing, preferably in Bev Alc or Consumer Goods
  • Experience working with external creative and design agencies a plus

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $84,600 – 127,000/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package!
