We are looking for a Sr Account Manager- Technology Vertical for an award-winning PR Agency offering services to some major brands like Amazon, Samsung, MEA (India), Sony, etc. to name a few.
Job Profile:
Client Interaction and servicing
Maintains close and frequent contact with clients, and strengthens rapport between the team and the client
Retain retainer clients and ensure repeat business from those that engage on a project basis
Overseeing a set of clients as part of a larger portfolio.
Planning and Strategy – Prepare effective, comprehensive plans with budgets and timelines as per client’s requirement.
Operations and Quality Control- Ensuring operation efficiency – systems and processes in place for clients and enforced
Ensure quality of documents sent by teams to both external and internal stakeholders are of high quality.
Zero error documents. Client iterations limited to content inputs and not language or grammar, timelines or quality
Leads and owns all content creation – bylines, authored articles, blogs, etc.
Client satisfaction with minimal iterations
Is involved in invoicing and payment follow up for his/her clients. Ensures finance has required inputs for error free invoicing Ensuring that payments are made to vendors/subcontractors engaged for client related activities
Media
Demonstrate effective knowledge of Key Media, Influencers, External Stakeholders, Industry Bodies, etc. related to the client.
Ability to leverage this awareness to create high impact stories / interventions – Demonstrate ability to offer counsel on use and effectiveness of social media tools for a client’s communication needs. Show integration of social media tools into plans
Self and Team Management- Build and maintain great working relationships with teams across the organisation
Ensures the team is guided on using Foundation Concepts and other organizational tools and platforms
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in Public Relations, communication and client servicing. Good client/account management abilities.
Experience with IT / ITES / B2B Tech / B2B SaaS verticals
Understanding of online reputation management
Ability to work under high pressure situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
Experience in managing reportees and teams
Media Relations experience across sectors of experience
