Job Profile:
Responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's marketing strategies, initiatives, and campaigns.
The role requires a deep understanding of the phy-gital landscape and the ability to leverage digital and physical channels to drive business growth, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, including both online and offline initiatives, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Develop and manage the company's brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing touchpoints.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, print, and outdoor advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer experience, to develop marketing plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Develop and execute market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and revenue impact, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive the highest possible return on investment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve the company's marketing strategy and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement in a B2C phy-gital platform business.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and forecasting performance metrics.
Experience in market research and analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
